If the internet in the Beeson Townhouses does not seem to be working correctly, or at all, there are a few things to try: 

1. Unplug the modem and router from the power source

2. Wait 2-5 minutes

3. Plug modem and router back in to the power source and wait for the indicator lights to come back on.

If this does not work, please contact the Library Help Desk, or 859-858-2100, and we will put in a work order for your connection to be looked at.
