This message occurs when you've downloaded too many files in a short period of time. Your access will be restored automatically after a period of time. Try again in 30 minutes to one hour.
- Can the library remove this limit on downloading files? I find it frustrating when I'm blocked from downloading documents for my research.
- This limit isn't set by the Library, but by the individual journal/database providers.
