The flash drive is normally formatted in FAT32 so it will work on a Mac or a PC. FAT32 has a folder space limitation of 4 gig. The flash drive needed to be reformatted. Go to My Computer. Right click on the flash drive. Choose Format. Set the type to NTFS and hit the format button. This will allow you to use the full size of the flash drive.

However, switching to NTFS will not allow you to use the flash drive on many Macs. The Library's video editing stations can write to NTFS drives, but Macs natively only read NTFS, and will not allow you to change the contents on a NTFS drive.
