Any courses you teach should appear within the "Class Schedule" page of the faculty portal. (Please view attached file to follow along with the below instructions):
To view how many students have registered for a class you can use the "Gradebook" link located under the "My Classes" link found in the left Navigation Menu. Complete instructions for using the gradebook section begins on page 28 of the Faculty Portal Instructions.
Once you are on the main gradebook page you will select the appropriate term you are looking for from the drop down menu next to "View Course List For Term".
Now you will have a list of classes below for that semester. You will notice in the table of courses you are teaching that the course titles are colored blue and are links.
Clicking the course title will take you to a page that shows the course description and below that there is a section with two tabs at the top. One labeled "Attendance" and the other "Final Grades". If you click "Final Grades" you will see a list of any students that are registered for the course currently.
