Q. Is there a way to download my students' assignments all at once in Moodle?

There is! Locate the assignment in your class, and click "View n submitted assignments". Next, above the resulting table, find "download all assignments as a zip". When you unzip the downloaded file, you'll find that the students' names have been appended to their assignments' filenames respectively.
