do I have to log in to ebscohost to get it to export data to refworks?

Answer
You do not have to be logged into EBSCOhost. You will, however, need to log into Refworks. Click on the article record in Asbury Scholar to begin exporting. Next, click "cite", and then, in the resulting window, find "Export to Bibliographic Management Software", and then select Refworks. A screenshot showing the location of the relevant cite buttons is attached to this answer.
That said, you can import references from your folder after you log in to EBSCOhost.
